Information collected
When you apply to beta read, M1ST3RG0LD collects the information you submit, including your name, email address, optional location, reading interests, availability, application response, eligibility certifications, and communication choices.
How the information is used
Application information is used to evaluate applicants, select and communicate with beta readers, administer confidentiality and reading arrangements, maintain necessary records, and protect the unpublished manuscript. Promotional email is sent only when the separate optional book-news box is selected.
Sharing and storage
Applicant information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers that host or operate the website and its storage. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for reader selection, correspondence, agreement records, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete an application, withdraw from consideration, or stop promotional email. Some agreement or transaction records may be retained when reasonably necessary to establish what was accepted or to protect legal rights.
Adults only
The beta-reader program is limited to people who are at least 18 years old. It is not intended for children or for current or former students of the author.
